Community of Practice – Call for Presenters!
SA-ASTD seeks local (San Antonio and surrounding area and Central/South Texas) training and development professionals to be presenters for various events.
We look for presentations that meet the following criteria:
- A skill, tool or concept is introduced (usually related to the training profession).
- An explanation of how the skill, tool or concept can be applied on the job is provided.
- Hands-on application (practice) for the audience of the skill, tool or concept.
- Resource list or handout participants may take away from the presentation.
We need presenters for:
- Chapter Meetings
- eLearning Lunch & Learn SIG Meetings
- Training eXchange SIG Meetings
- SAVE ET Conference
- The Learning & Performance Summit
- Suited for Success
Previous presentation experience is not necessarily required. We encourage this to be a two-way learning event for the audience and presenter. If you would like to present at a SA-ASTD event, contact the VP of Programs.
