Shannon Armstead   Shannon Armstead
Vice President of Administration
admin@saastd.org

Shannon Armstead is a Performance Consultant at The SCOOTER Store. Three major influences shape who she is today. The patience and love of her family—especially her Grandmother— taught her to respect the value and potential of those with whom she shares her journey. A decade working in call centers all over the world showed her that people can achieve far more than they would have imagined. Her life’s biggest lesson relates to her training philosophy and her love of people. Dale Carnegie, in his book “How to Win Friends and Influence People,” said to smile, use people’s names, show a genuine interest in others, and always treat people as if they are more important than you. Shannon’s training philosophy is “They’ll forget what you told them, they may forget what you showed them, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.”
